The 16-30 tractor started out as the 14-28 in 1917. From then until 1924 13,064 units were produced making it the #1 OILPULL tractor produced by the Rumely Co. Out of that 13,072, 307 of them survived including about 30 14-28's making that a 2.35% survival rate. Unfortunently all but about 12 of these 14-28's were converted to spark plug tractors. The 16-30 weighed 9,500 lbs. and was able to pull 23 HP on the drawbar & 30 on the belt according to Nebraska Tractor Test #9. It had a two cylinder, kerosene burning, 7 inch bore, 8 1/2 inch stroke, heavy duty engine operating at 530 RPM. Other specs are available ON REQUEST. For more SN info on the 16-30, CLICK HERE.
